I am a chic who digs comic books, always have and always will. I love art and writing. I am a HUGE Deadpool fan. I have recently returned to the comic world and have started building up my collection slowly. This site is great.

Well I have to say I'm am really jazzed about this new DP issue which starts off a new mini series, and comes out today..YEAH! This new series is gonna be written by Mike Benson and the art is done by Carlos Barberi.  Apparently the series revolves around a bet made by some rich frat boys and my boy DP has been ofcourse set up by said rich frat boys. DP faces off against some pretty serious characters, one  of them being The Punisher. This series looks really cool and I am gonna be picking up issue #1 later today.

    • As long as they don't come out with a new one-shot every month, plus a regular continuing series, plus another limited series, I'll keep picking up Deadpool titles. I think Way's regular series is better than Suicide Kings, but this issue was good.

  • I thought it was pretty entertaining. Maybe not as good as the ongoing series, but classic Deadpool banter. Looking forward to the battle with Punisher next issue.

    It sounds like a 3 star issue.
