well it looks like houses are my whole life and really right now thats about right. i spend all my free time getting the house ready to move. i have 2 more rooms to paint then im done with that and the carpet will be there next week. its really starting to feel like a home. now i just need to make room for some cows, lol.
- read morewell i just had an offer accepted on a house today and i am very happy. if you look back at my other post you will see i have spent just about all year so far looking for a house. i am happy but i still know stuff can go wrong and with my luck will. like a attic will be filled with radio active waste or something. ill know more after the inspection next week. just happy not to be outbid.
- read moreyea what he said. you get numbers push into your head left and right but everything is an estiment then when you get the real numbers that changes everything else then other stuff changes. AHHHHHH ok anyway had to vent. spent the last week going back and forth with loans and prices and taxes and everythings else. i found a house i like but the people aren't moving at all on price and its on the top of my range and a little high for the house and area. well im not in a huge hurry so i guess if it wasnt ment to be i'll find something else. but im going to try to make them work with me here.
