December 2022

Little late for the update to this blog; moving to one place to the other takes a lot out of me.

Now, the skinny....

On March 17th, the seller FINALLY responded, only after eBay possibly had a few words with him.  Seems that he (seller) had shipped the item by TRUCK rather than AIR!  Going on with the story, on the same day(March 20th) that a refund was put into my account, there was a knocking on my front door; the mailman hands me the item I was waiting for..IDK...a month & a half?

UPDATE: As of this morning, I formulated a resolution claim through eBay's Resolution Center pertaining to my situation in the last blog produced by myself.  There is now a formal case between the "seller" & myself, conducted by eBay.  The course of action that I've selected is to receive a full refund by the site's Buyer Protection Program.  eBay states that current updates on this matter will be given every few days, & have the option to cancel said case, depending on if the seller comes through(explanation or item).

Comments & critiques are always welcome; would like to hear individual thoughts.

Updates as I get them......

Whenever I win an auction, & at the VERY end of that auction, I pay the seller by PayPal immediately, so there are no screw-ups on my end.
