Little late for the update to this blog; moving to one place to the other takes a lot out of me.
Now, the skinny....
On March 17th, the seller FINALLY responded, only after eBay possibly had a few words with him. Seems that he (seller) had shipped the item by TRUCK rather than AIR! Going on with the story, on the same day(March 20th) that a refund was put into my account, there was a knocking on my front door; the mailman hands me the item I was waiting for..IDK...a month & a half?- read more
UPDATE: As of this morning, I formulated a resolution claim through eBay's Resolution Center pertaining to my situation in the last blog produced by myself. There is now a formal case between the "seller" & myself, conducted by eBay. The course of action that I've selected is to receive a full refund by the site's Buyer Protection Program. eBay states that current updates on this matter will be given every few days, & have the option to cancel said case, depending on if the seller comes through(explanation or item).

O. K. Have to get this off my chest; the more that I think about the situation, the more angry I get.
On Feb. 25th, I had just won an eBay auction item which consisted of the first 20 issues of What If...V.1, in VG condition. The result: $10.50 cost; $10.00 S&H. "Seller" resides in California.
Whenever I win an auction, & at the VERY end of that auction, I pay the seller by PayPal immediately, so there are no screw-ups on my end.- read more
