Let me tell you guys something. It really sucks just throwing your comics in a long box with no order what so ever. Now i am in the painful process of pulling them all out adding them into this killer site and organizing them properly. There are comics all over the little room in my house I have set up just for comics so I guess its fitting. I have been collecting since the early 90's to current with about a ten year break due to my time in the military. Back when I started, I was just a 14 year old so getting supplies were pretty hard but I made due with what I had. I used old cereal boxes for back boards and usually doubled up comics to one bag. So now I am going through all those also individual bags and proper back boards. During this process I cam across some real gems, nothing of real value but still some great classic books in great condition. I found two Cyblade/ Battle For Independents featuring the first appearance of Witchblade. The Wolverine mini series number one was a another that was in the box that I forgot I had. Those are just a few. My 2 year old son loves coming in here and he just sits there watching me go through them asking who so and so is and things like that I gave him a few doubles I had and he loves them. He already knows the big characters like Batman, Superman, Wolverine, Captain America, and Iron Man. The wife isn't too happy that I am turning him into a little fanboy haha but thats ok, he really seems to enjoy it and his reactions when he sees another cover of his favorites is priceless. well I steered off subject quite a bit I guess thats easy when you start talking about your children. So, needless to say I wish I had everything organized prior to this to make it easier but it's been a blast going through the old back issues checking the value and being surprised and what the current value is. I guess It was worth it I just didn't think it would be this hard of a job.
