- I'm a bit confused over something in Cap #700.
The backup story using "archived" art by Jack Kirby. . .is that unused art or did Marvel cherry-pick panels that had already been used before and fit them to Waid's script? It's sort of bugging me because some of the panels of Cap fighting Batroc look familiar to me.
Is it because I've read so many of those great old Kirby comics that Cap fighting Batroc is just pattern-melted into my brain, or is it really Marvel pulling a cheap recycling stunt?Favorite Characters: Lone Ranger, Green Hornet, Captain America, The Shadow, Zorro, The Rocketeer, Jonah Hex

- Good job Rapha1978. Was that from memory? I'm going to assume so. Impressive indeed.

- Nice Breakdown, Rapha1978! I THOUGHT those panels of Cap fighting Batroc looked familiar. . .
NOW the question becomes: What's the opinion on this? Tribute or Travesty?
