  • Sad to hear this. I remember Messner-Loebs from The Maxx. If Sam Kieth had done things right The Maxx should have gotten more than just an animated series. It was pretty good. Anyone know what Messner-Loebs was credited for (mentioned in the article) in the Wonder Woman movie?

  • Wow, what an incredibly sad story to read about another discarded comic book veteran. I was never a big fan of The Maxx, but his Flash and Wonder Woman stories from the late '80s to the '90s were enjoyable and showed some forward thinking on his part. Both DC and Marvel should help this guy out!!!!
