SockMonkey Collector in Training Location: USA Posts: 45 My Collection	Posted: December 22, 2019 2:58:08 am Cable Vol. 1 (1993-2002) 10/94 #16 should be #16b and the UPC supports that. 7-59606-01362-3-01621 #16b should be #16 that issue is Not a NS as it has a DE UPC also states that this issue is a red stripe variant? Cannot confirm that. Also #16 which should be 16b has a $2.50 cover price. #16b (#16) should be $3.50 cover price. I apologize for wasting your time if for some reason I am incorrect. Thank You L. The foil editions were the direct editions and should be labeled first as it was initially. The reason the price was more for the foil was because at the time it was a newer technology and more expensive to produce then a printed red stripe. as per your UPC # the last 5 digits are all that matter here 01621...the 1st 3 numbers are the issue #, the 4th number is the variant #, the last number is the printing #...so issue 16, 2nd variant (newsstand), 1st printing I went back a fixed it back to how it should be Last edited December 25, 2019 6:06:20 pm "How to destroy a man...
