Found a copy of #2B, the second print. Should be numbered at the top, but this one is blank. See the scan below. Thanks.

Adding another because of a space that is numbered or blank is still the same issue. However, the pic listed is older and quite small. An updated cover, like this blank one could be added in it's place.
