It was Called Ghetto Blasters and published by Whiplash Comix in 1997 with a cover price of $2.50. As far as I can find it was only a single issue. The issue I have seems to have been sent to stores to get them to order the book. I know this because there is a paper insert talking about the book to Retailer.
