- I have actively use this app since it’s released, but after getting my new iPhone 13 pro max It no longer scans. The camera opens but then the app does nothing. Please help!

- We are aware of the reports, however, right now we don't have an iPhone to test with. We are also between developers and likely are going to have to rebuild the apps from the ground up. I do not have an ETA.

- @greglike, out of curiosity... are you now doing searches because you cannot scan, and your phone will crash while doing searches?

- The manual searches work for me. That is all I am doing now.
Scans just make it easier to go through large additions or flip through a stores selection.

- OK. Thanks. I've been having the crash issues since the start on various iPhones, but the scan issue only occurred on my new iPhone. I really miss the scan feature. Especially when I'm looking at gaps in Action Comics or Detective Comics. Sadly, I'm at the point of carrying paper again.
