- Hello,
I cannot seem to add to threads already on this sub-forum. Apologies if I missed it. I have not seen movement on the threads about scanning or search issues so adding a new one.
Recently, I upgraded my phone and now I am having both issues. I had the search/crash issue prior, but it was not really a problem until now. Because I cannot scan, I need to manually search.
Help?!
Device: iPhone 12 64GB (40GB remaining), running latest iOS version. Same problems on either iOS version.

- Thank you. I'll assume this wont be fixed soon, but appreciate the help and the site. Now that I'm traveling again the process of going through back issues at places I visit has been a bit frustrating.
If I foresaw this, I would have donated to the site instead for the ability to export the Want List and just print and carry that with me. Old school, but that process has been tried and true. LOL.

- It's very similar to the symptoms in the post titles "App keeps crashing while I type in searches" on May 15, '18 10:46:45 am. Was there an update that supposedly fixed this?

- Yes...we have had several updates since then. Not to mention that was like 3 OS versions ago.

- Understood. While we wait for the developer, if you need any additional details please LMK.
I can add to the response for my symptoms for the scanning issues as well in the meantime. The app puts a green box around the barcode and just sits there. I've tried different angles, lighting, etc. The barcode seems to be in focus.

- New phone… 13 Pro Max…
I am unable to scan comics anymore. The screen appears and attempts to scan a comic (box appears and disappears) but does not go any further.
Look forward to resolving.
