- have the CBR android app but now have the iphone but on iphone app store is telling me i have to purchase the app that i have already on android what do i do to download the app without purchase it again., if you can help?

- Unfortunately yes. The app stores are entirely different and the underlying code between them as well. Your collection will be there when you log in, but you have to get the new license due to the new "flavor".
