  • Did you ever get a PM or response to this? I've been looking for some sort of basis for points as well lately since sometimes when I edit it seems I get a truckload, then other times I get one.

  • here is how i remember it
10 points for an approved cover submittal
1 or 2 points for posting in the forum
2 points for each information submittal for a comic (date, cover price, contributors, characters, etc.)
5 points for each of the new social sections (lists, blog, blog comments, picture uploads..etc.)
100 points (too many in my opinion) for each LCS cataloged in the lcs section
250 points for each verified referral
you also get points for advertising on other sites such as with forum signatures and such (100-250 points, but i'm not sure how many)...you have to get that verified as well

there might be a few other things, but i'm not sure

  • Sorry, I thought you found sticky in the General Questions forum with the original ways to earn points or you can click here. I don't know if we have a condensed list of the new ways to earn points.

Linking to cbr in a blog is 250 points.
I think adding description information is now 1 point per field, but I'm not sure on that.

Any others that you can think of? I can try to locate them.

  • So that's 2 points per submission or per category? (i.e. 1 inker = 2 pt & 2 characters = 2 pt OR 1 inker = 2 & 2 characters = 4 pt?)

  • per submission...two contributors will get you 4 points

  • Pulling the reports, I have about 100 of the covers and a LOT of the indexing stuff........ I don't even think it pulled up the full list because it stopped at the Nightwings on indexing.

Plus I haven't actually updated my piles in about 2 months......
