  • I have been entering Golden Age print run data and am unable to enter anything above 999,999.
    Is there a work around I can use?

  • I will have to look. I can likely up the database. But, were there issues really more than 1 million copies?

  • if you add all variants and printings yes, i think the book with the highest is 7 mil (x-men #1 1991) but as per book, doubtful

  • Yeah, but the print run is for that specific cover/issue. Trying to understand why the original poster was saying they needed millions, especially for golden age.

  • Yeah i dont think they made print runs like that back then, they couldnt afford the overhead, and if i remember they used to buyback the unsold books then destroy them...which i guess doesnt affect print run, but surely affects the remaining quantity.

    I dont know honestly, maybe he can explain a bit more??
