FrameCity Collector in Training Posts: 39 My Collection	Posted: May 24, 2016 5:33:32 pm I have an issue of Marvel Icons Tigra #1 - Dynamic Forces signed by Christina Z. It's #10 out of 499. Should I submit this as a missing issue or just add the regular book to my collection and include that it is signed in the details?
