- On my iPhone, whenver I login to the web site, after a couple of minutes, a windows popups claiming that I am a winner blah blah blah, and I cannot click back to the site. This is the only web site that this occurs with, so I assume it is a problem with ComicBookRealm.com mobile app. It is very unprofessional.

- I have the same issue but it's random. I assume it's actually coming from the advertisement firm they are using.

- I would assume it is a rogue ad. They tend to pop up over the weekends and often times only on mobile. Sometimes it is even geographic based.

- It appears to be related only to ComicBookRealm.com as I have other tabs open in Safari on my iPhone but ComicBookRealm.com is the only site affected.

- Yes...because it is a rogue ad on CBR that happens to be running. It could be running on hundreds/thousands of sites, but you just have to go to a site to where it is running.
We run a website. We contract out through an Ad Exchange that basically sells our inventory. They sell it to a dozen or more Ad Networks. Those Ad Networks bid on the opportunity to display an ad to you. The Ad Networks represent hundreds of ads themselves.
So long story short I guarantee you that this is not the only site affected, however, due to how things work it might just be that it doesn't affect you on other sites because they are not participating ultimately in the combination affecting you on CBR right now.
I sent this thread off to the Ad Exchange so they can possibly look into it. Unfortunately it is a holiday weekend and likely will not be addressed until Tuesday (and it will likely be address by one of the Ad Networks that let it in).
Most of the time it is an automated approval process. They don't look at the behind the scenes to see if hey, this was a legit ad, but they have rules in there that if it is a mobile device in New York we want to hijack them.Favorite Quote: "You're not just some guy in a bat costume are you? - Are you going to the main website in Safari? Or are you going to http://app.comicbookrealm.com/?
Do you see the full website (forums, blogs, chat, etc), or just a smaller subsection?
