- Ever since upgrading to Android Lollipop, the site is not working correctly in chrome or the android browser. It usually times out with a 504 gateway nginx error. In the few instances that I can access it, it does not allow me to scroll down the page (whether it's a page of search results, issues in a series,a specific book or my want list).
I do not see the error in older versions of Android.

- Hmmm...not sure how to troubleshoot this one as I don't have lollipop. Also I am not hearing of issues from anyone else.
Typically the 504 error means the site couldn't be communicated with...but this would affect everyone and not just users on a mobile phone. I wonder if lollipop isn't sending all of the necessary cookies in a timely manner?Favorite Quote: "You're not just some guy in a bat costume are you? - What does the mobile site run on? Is it straight PHP? What type of scripts are running in the background? I want to try to troubleshoot this with Google since it's clearly something in the way the browser handles something running on the page. I don't see the issue with any other site, just app.comicbookrealm.com.

- I've tested several different ways since you made the adjustment (Chrome, Android browser, logged in, not logged in, wifi and over the TMobile network with a Lollipop phone and KitKat tablet) and there's a difference:
Now, for both devices, when I search for a title, I can scroll down the list, which I could not before. For example, the last time I tested, I searched for Fantastic Four. I could scroll down and back up to see the list of all the different titles. Then I selected volume 3. I Can see the first several books, but am unable to scroll down further. If I filter for an issue number, I can see it, click on it and view the issue page, but am unable to scroll down that page. Once done, when I click the back button, I am taken to a blank screen. If I refresh the page, the home page returns. If I search there, I am unable to scroll through the results. I am never returned to my original search list.
Since there's an difference after your tweaks, I have to assume there's a change in the way Android handles the scripts on the mobile site. If you'd like to PM me any details of the scripts involved, I can take this up with the Android bug list people.

- The only script (other than home grown) is jQuery Mobile. It primarily handles the "appiness" if you will. I might try upgrading it to the latest version and hope it fixes your issue but doesn't break things. The app is using 1.2.0 and it looks like the latest is 1.4.5.
The app is also using regular jQuery v1.8.2 but they are up to 2.1.4.Favorite Quote: "You're not just some guy in a bat costume are you? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! - Justice League #1, 2011" Hunting for (mainly reprints/variants) - Please help! - See My Profile

- Thanks. I'll check in Android forums to see if there are minimum requirements for the latest browsers.
I work in software development, and know firsthand the fun of dealing with moving targets coupled with the need for stability. Weren't computers supposed to make our lives simpler? Thanks again for your help with this.
