- I have to admit that I was peed off about Henry being kicked out as Superman and the resetting of the DCU and I guess I still am. However, I'm willing to give Gun's Superman a chance.
I feel that the character represents something that we need in the world at this point in time. For those of us who have collected for many years and those that are new, there is a primal struggle in comics as in many stories where the hero has to overcome insurmountable odds to achieve a goal. In the case of Superman, he inspires hope . . . and I think that's something that we all need right now. So I'm going to give this a chance . . . 'cause I'm hopeful.

- My family and I are definitely joining you in looking forward to seeing our new Superman this July. The Guardians of the Galaxy films (and Christmas special) were so good, so touching, so very well done that I have belief in James Gunn. I sincerely hope this can be the start of a good, coherent and well thought out DCU in films. We can all hope . . . .
