  • I just finished reading Let the Right One In. I really enjoyed it. It helped to clear up some of the questions I had after watching the film. Hakan is a really sick in the book. I think they should have played that up a little more in the film.

  • I recommend Ready Player One. Just chock full of nerdy goodness.

  • I'm reading Les Miserable right now. If I'd known it was 1200 pages, I probably would have thought twice about it. Looking forward to some lighter reads when I'm done.

I've heard of Ready Player One. Also curious what it's about.

Set in a dystopian future with overcrowding and poverty, a reclusive billionaire creates a virrtual reality computer that's massively popular. After he dies tthere's a contest set up in his will that if you solve a puzzle you win the company. The contest has elements from 80's TV, movies and video games.

  • I'm currently reading The Last Threshold book 4 in the Neverwinter saga that features Drizzt Do' Urden. I really like R.A Salvatore.

  • I just finished Robert Jordan's last book, written by bryan Sanderson. Now I can cross that off my things left over from my childhood.

In all honesty, the book was actually a masterpiece, and you could tell Jordan knew exactly what he wanted to do fourteen books and 20 years ago. Too bad it followed four or five really slow ponderous books....

  • If you are into Doctor Who at all I suggest reading the e-book Summer Falls. The doctor is not actually in the story but one of the characters is strongly suggested as being him but never actually named so. It is a short story and it reminds me of the movie Coraline.
