Comic was not black boozer, drug user or child molester so I guess he was off propaganda radar.
Had he been one of above talking head thugs would babble on about him for weeks and months.
I fondly remember him in Russians Are Coming and It's A Mad World. I know there are more Mads in title!

- The funny thing is, I did see that Mr. Winters died, and it made me sad. I really only remember him from Doo, but I know I'd seen him in more than that.
