- I promised I would put up pics of a way to expensive lego set, and so here they are. As discussed in the "favorite childhood toys" thread, I finally did break down and buy this. After not putting together a lego set for... i dunno, maybe 15 or so years, Ive got to tell yall Ive been havin a ton of fun so far. It didnt take me too long to get over the cost, once I had it anyway, and Ive been immensely enjoyin myself. So anyway, I wanted to share.
Here is a pic of the unopened box. Ignore the beagle toys in the background.

Here is the instruction book. 221 pages long.

And here is all the pieces layed out, still unopened. 3152 pieces in all.

Ill post updates of it as it comes together, as well as of course the finished product. Its a good time so far.

- I saw that in Downtown Disney's LEGO store, didn't have a price though. It was in the display case, looked pretty cool. That with a Death Star would be pretty cool.

- Somebody in the forums (dont remember who at this point) told me that towards the end every time you put a piece on the deathstar another falls off, so i bought this instead.
To be honest, its almost done but not quite, I got distracted a week after I got it, first by Diablo 3, and now Ive started work and Im barely at home except to sleep. Some weekend Ill finish it and put up pics.
it is awesome though, very impressive. I dont regret that I bought it.
