- hey all.
Im trying to remember the name of this cartoon i watched as a kid but cant figure out what it was called.
From what i remember the main character is a man (i think he was a surfer or something) in trouble in the water and drowning, at the last minute an underwater race of mermaid/shark people save him by giving him the same powers they have of breathing underwater etc.
He only has these powers in water so when he is out of water he looks normal. once he jumps back in the water his skin turns black and white i think, possible with a fin like a shark.
I know about the cartoon tigersharks and its defo not that.
