- Hey, folks. I keep seeing commercials for the Directv referral program where if you refer a friend and they sign up and give them your account number both you and your friend get $10 off your bill for 10 months. Thought I'd give it a try and see if anybody in here was about to sign up for Directv or thinking about it. If so, my account number is 1582153. I think you have to go to directv.com/refer or call 1-800-507-4045 in order to use it, but there you go. I've seen people posting their account numbers online to get the discounts, and I thought it couldn't hurt to post mine here and give it a try to see if it works. Saving money is free money, if you ask me. Thanks, everybody. Hope it works.
