    Marvel Comics has acquired the publishing licenses to create comic books based on the 20th Century Studios sci-fi/horror franchises Alien and Predator, as announced via IGN.

  • Interesting times. I'm excited to see how they handle this license.

    Looking back I remember one of the reasons that The Brood, which first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #155 (1982), were introduced was to give readers something that closely resembled the Aliens movies. Pretty sure the first Alien movie which came out in 1979 inspired that.
