Insane Comics makes a bold move to expand their portfolio of creator owned comics by acquiring competitor Project Nerd Publishing. “With titles like Gunface, The Escort, That Bullet Proof Kid, Bullet Gal, and more, Project-Nerd Publishing has a powerful lineup of stories that we feel will blend very well with our current portfolio,” says James C. Munch, CEO, Insane Comics. Iggy Michniacki, CEO of Project-Nerd Publishing adds, “when presented with the opportunity to work with Insane Comics, we knew we had to jump on it. This change allows the great titles released through Project-Nerd Publishing to reach a wider audience in new markets, giving comic readers everywhere a win.” “Having been involved with Project-Nerd Publishing in the area of talent acquisition, I'm very excited about this move,” says Galo Gutierrez, COO of Project-Nerd Publishing. “The once local titles from Australia will get next level exposure from a lager more established publisher in Insane Comics.
