Collector for the sheer passion, as comics have had such an impact on my life. 3rd time around doing so and by far the greatest experience of them all. Lover of Silver Age, but have come around to bronze and dabble in the rest.

Oopsie on posting the same signature twice.

Here is the Rob Liefeld signature to take a look at if you will.

  • I have looked over more than 6 CGC graded comic books with Rob Liefelds signature on them. Not one has a 'split' signature, where he signs his firsst name on top and his laast name on the bottom. All of them show that the "R" and the "L" are ledgable, but his signature is mashed together on almost all of them. THe ones I viewed were graded by CGC, so I trust that they verified before grading.

    Again, I am no expert, but in my opinion....that may not be his.

  • Good detective skills on that. I may have gotten the shaft. I am only out about $8 over the value if not legit. Thanks for checking it out and the info.

  • I have recently acquired few comic books with signatures, but so far, am trusting in the certificate of authenticity. I am going to send a few to be graded one with a signature and one with out. I just hate that it is so expensive to do this.

    You think that they would lower their price just a bit to attract more business.
