well i just had an offer accepted on a house today and i am very happy. if you look back at my other post you will see i have spent just about all year so far looking for a house. i am happy but i still know stuff can go wrong and with my luck will. like a attic will be filled with radio active waste or something. ill know more after the inspection next week. just happy not to be outbid.

We had a lot of water problems with our first house. We had to put $3000 into the sewage drainage from the house, and we had a big crack open up in our living room ceiling and leak water after a big storm. But, it builds character or something.
Enjoy the peace and quiet that comes with having your own home... and get ready to become handier than you ever imagined out of necessity!
