yea what he said. you get numbers push into your head left and right but everything is an estiment then when you get the real numbers that changes everything else then other stuff changes. AHHHHHH ok anyway had to vent. spent the last week going back and forth with loans and prices and taxes and everythings else. i found a house i like but the people aren't moving at all on price and its on the top of my range and a little high for the house and area. well im not in a huge hurry so i guess if it wasnt ment to be i'll find something else. but im going to try to make them work with me here.

I recommend that you use a real estate agent if you are not. Costs you nothing to maybe a few hundred dollars, but they are well worth it.
