Duane Swierczynski is the writer for the monthly Marvel comics CABLE and IMMORTAL IRON FIST, as well as one-shots and mini-series featuring Punisher, Moon Knight, Wolverine, Bishop and Werewolf By night. His most recent novel, SEVERANCE PACKAGE (St. Martin's Minotaur) was optioned by Lionsgate Films; he'll be adapting the book along with director Brett Simon.
