Originally Wanda Blake, Wanda met and married Al Simmons (Spawn). During the time Wanda, and Al were married they attempted to have children, but to quote the Clown Al had been shooting blanks. Before the birth of Spawn, Al severely beat Wanda.

Once Spawn returned to earth he found that Wanda was happily married to his best friend Terry Fitzgerald. Now Wanda has a place in the suburbs, and a loving daughter named Cyan.

Through out the series Wanda has always been recognized as the treasure Spawn lost. She was also the reason Spawn came back in the first place.
Wanda has met spawn on a few occasions, one time she had nearly been killed by a street gang, until she was saved by none other than Spawn. The second time they met it was in her own house. Spawn had invaded her home (after knocking of course) and nearly scared her to death, until Cyan intervened.

Wanda has been shown to have a kind personality, she even aided in a charity for a childrens hospital, which was made possible by Jason Wynn
