My mom got me into comics. I love so many kinds but seem to lean more toward powerful women and darker things. Chaos! Comics are my favorite. I have ideas to create my own comic but I can't draw. Lots of imagination and no talent. haha

So I was going to go to the ComicCon today. My first one. Well, I didn't, I couldn't find anyone to go with me and I found out that if I wanted to pay my rent, I couldn't afford to go. My mom said I could still go and not buy anything, yeah right, that's not gona happen. At least I'm closer to going to one this time, I actually knew about it before it happended unlike all the other ones. So everyone, keep me up to date on ComicCons in Missouri so I can finally go to one.

I think there is another one in mid-November in OP, KS.
But you didnt miss alot.....pretty small show...and small showing for a Sunday.....usually the last day is the best time to wheel and deal.
I belive Lee Summit is the part of Missery...
The one in November is at the Wyndaham Garden Hotel I-435 and Metcalf.....sorry i keep up on this stuff
Special Guest is Grant Bond (awsome artist...had him do a Cap. America sketch for me at the last big ComiCon...he was also at the one last weekend.)
