The family and I went to Costco on Sunday to pick up some much needed items.
Some of you know that I live in Johnson County, KS which some equate to the 90210 of KS. Most of the time I think they are wrong. Sure there are some outlandish purchases, but for the most part I wouldn't lump everyone/thing together.
Anyways, as we are walking through the store my daughter says "Daddy, what is that?"
I then follow her stare up and to my right and I am just awestruck as to what I see.
I remember when I was a kid and we didn't have a 10th of the they do now a days. I mean I can get my daughter her own car and she is only 2.5. I was excited to get a hot wheel, but I don't think you can even get them foot powered anymore and instead they have a motor, ac, seat belts, and an iPod dock.
Well...I digress...sorry. Back to the story. So I tell her the first thing that comes to my mind.
"Honey, that is only in Johnson County".
Her response was, "Oh, ok". All of the other adults got amusement out of my statement and they could all relate/understand.
What was she pointing to? Well, let's just say that words cannot describe it, but for only $750 you can turn your backyard (if it fits) into a personal water park. (and yes, it took 2 photos from my camera phone to show it hanging from the ceiling).
