Book Reveiw 4 (I'm naming this Blog "Turn the Page"

Sorry it has been a while but, lately I have been blowing though everything this man has written and cant seem to put down even I wanted to. There are some authors who's books should automaticlly be made into major motion pictures. Just to name some of them like Koontz, Cussler, Crition and now REILLY.

Think Indiana Jones meets Rambo. Big time adventure, big guns, big charactors, with more than a little history thrown in good measure. Matthew Reilly's books read more like a movie than a work of fiction.

It all starts in "7 Deadly Wonders". A multi-national team of soldiers, led byJack West Jr., codename Huntman. Everyone seems to have a codename in this book. West team needs to find where certain parts of the "7 greatest wonders of the world" are to pervent the end of the world from solar flares. Dont worry its been done before, some 3000 years before! The clues to earths survivial are written a dead languge that only one person can read, A 9 YEAR OLD GIRL. The sytory goes from one side of the planet to the other. The pace that this book sets will give whiplash and keep you screaming for more.

In the "6 Saced Stones" the team of Jack West Jr. is back. Pooh Bear, Stretch,Princess, Lily, Wizard, and Huntsman narrowly pervented world devastation and head back home for some quite time and rest, but it is short lived. Wizard makes a shocking discovery that after allthey went though in the"7 Deadly Wonders", that they arent done. But before they can get started, in what they thuoght was thge safty of their home, an American conglomerate is seeking power and they need to kidnap Lily and kill Jack and his whole team. THe leader of this American force is none other than Jack's father, codename "Wolf".

If you thuoght" 7 Deadly Wonders"  set the pace of a book at ligght speed, prepare for Warp Drive and hold on. Another all out, to the wall story that you cant put down.

Book three of thwe series is " The 5 Greatest Warriors".Reilly, incredialblly, keeps up the same insane pace. Jack's family of warriors is back and trying to save the Earth, by finding the "6 Saced Stones", at the tombs of the 5 greatest warriors of the planet. But, there are forces set up against them. The Americans led by Jack's father " Wolf", the Japanese, and the Chinaese. Can they do it? Another whirlwind blast of action on top of action. I hope Matthew Reilly continues with this cast of charactors and his own unreenting break-neck pace. I also hope that Hollywood is smart enough to know sure winner for the big screen.
