Welcome to the , what i hope is the begining, of many more book reviews. Here how it works, I read a book of the genres that i prefer, and you can either pick-up said book or not. It is just my opinion. It will be a mostly 'Guys" reading list. Books that most guys and maybe some women will like, I hope.
These reviews will include a lifetime of reading and enjoying the imagination of the writers word. though I wasnt that stong of a reader in my early years, I did learn by reading what i liked and not what was told to read. I am happy to bestarting with this book first, since it was the comic book that started me on the road to literature. And away..... we go....
Enemies and Allies
By Kevin J. Anderson
Haper Collins 2009
One that lives in the shawdows, the other out in the open. One is a master sleuth, and the other a man of power beyoud this Earth. What can bring together the two greatest, the worlds finest heros together. Superman and Batman, take on Lex Luthour. But to do that they must trust each other first.
This book is a fun and soild read. The two greatest heros of comicdom, in very early years, in classic battle between good and evil.
I enjoyed this book, a good romp though the golden age of our two heros. Anderson has a great grasp of the charactors in the early days of the DC universe.
We can only hope that evil rears it ugly head, that the worlds greatest team-up can save the day.
RATING *** out 5.
