This is the cover of the Signed Incentive Edition, missing in the list of issues. It's signed by Clive Barker, very limited, and the value is surely higher than the 12$ for the regular incentive edition. Thanks to cerrect it.

What I could find was people asking higher prices for the signed version, but no sales. So for now, this is the best I can do.
