I'm having a problem with scrolling and selecting certain contributors. Let's say it's a very common last name like smith, and you have to scroll down to select the creator. Every time I get to the creator I need, the list immediately jumps to the top and I can't select the name needed. Is there anything someone can do or anything I can do to stop this?

Are you using Internet explorer or Firefox, I had the same problem with Internet explorer before I switched to Firefox trying to enter Stan Lee..
Anyway for now try using your tab key to scroll down the list instead of the mouse see if that works Last edited June 18, 2009 12:10:00 pm What's yours is mine, what's mine is mine Too. If you shake my hand better count your fingers! |

I've been using IE, never had this problem until this week. But that is the exact same problem I've been having, trying to list Stan Lee for his script in Cap #600 and I can't get it to work!

Yeah, you're right. I can scroll down with the tab key, that seems to be the only way I can get a name liek stan lee in there.

This also happens when trying to select creator names in Chrome that you have to scroll down to.. you can scroll, but as soon as you go to click a creator the bloomin' scroll box jumps back to the top again. ![]() |

Again, can someone please tell me where this is so I can look into it? I understand it is a scrolling problem, but where is it in the system?

I believe it's the contributor auto complete menu when entering info into a book in his case Captain America 600, when you go to enter in say Stan Lee you type in Lee but by the time you get down to him the menu disappears I rarely have a problem with FF but IE used to be ruff

Hmmmm....I see it now. I will try to look into this weekend (even though we only support FF here
I don't think there is anything I can do about it, but I will see. Favorite Quote: Your metaphor is cutting into my cankles. Hunting for (mainly reprints/variants) - Please help! - See My Profile |

Ok...I think I have the contributor and character search working now.
Basically I made it so you can type in Stan Lee and the list will be auto filtered all the way down without having to enter "lee" and then scroll. I still need to work on a solution for Aliasing, Jump Link, and Collects, but for now the big 2 should be working. Favorite Quote: Your metaphor is cutting into my cankles.
