DC Cancels 6 titles, brings 6 replacements

In May of 2012, DC Comics will release a “Second Wave” of titles as part of its historic DC COMICS-THE NEW 52 initiative. Six new, ongoing series will build on the shared universe and bold concepts introduced in September 2011 with the renumbering of DC Comics’ entire line of comic books.

Was planning to drop Mr. Terrific & Static Shock anyways; will ride them out to their final issues. Sure wish they would rethink dropping O.M.A.C.; I thought it was a good read...

Batman Inc was coming, there was no reason to not continue that book. Grant Morrison put the first volume on the map, and I'm definitely ready for some more. Nice to see World's Finest and Dial H for Hero returning for an ongoing. Let's see how long they stick around.

I agree, Batman Inc. was a good idea and was a great was to explore different characters in different story arc instead of sticking with one character that might or might not be interesting/popular, such as Batwing. If Batman Inc. was started they could have this character plus others that are missing like Cassandra Cain, the former Batgirl, and maybe Stephanie Brown.....not sure what happened to her after Flashpoint. I think it would work much like a DC Present type book but based in the bat-universe. Does anybody have the list of which 6 titles they are canceling and which are coming online in May??? Thanks!

World's Finest I am looking forward to, the books they are dropping are because they are never worked out before being published. Should of done some extra pages to expand the story for Mr. Terrific, hopefully to give more back-story to those who were not familiar with the character(s).
